[Boomers] getting us Boomers moving!

Hi to all us Boomers who expressed a desire to connect and share activities
with others.  You may know that the website is looking beautiful, due to
much hard work from Patrice.  Now it's up to us to create opportunities to
connect.
so #1- Please, put on your creative caps and decide what you can bring to
getting us together.  Do you enjoy bowling, movies, eating out or potluck,
hiking, singing together, dancing, music, beer/wine etc, etc?
#2 decide how you can create an event that you will enjoy and give you the
opportunity to meet folks.  What space will you need?  Will it be ongoing
or one time?  weekly/monthly? How many folks would be maximum for your
event?
#3  Once you've gotten details set, post it on the website "events" space.
It's pretty self-explanatory, AND Patrice is willing to assist.
You can ask folks to rsvp directly to you via email or phone.  If you keep
Patrice updated, she can post the expected attendance on the listing.
#4 Then so that we can all participate when we wish, in all the groovy
events, we all need to regularly review the events being organized, so we
can attend and help get the Boomers growing and active.  I keep the site
bookmarked and take a couple minutes daily to check for activities I might
enjoy.
